Hello to you all, and welcome again to Kinique-Kinesiology uniquely for you.
Yesterday I was privileged to once again be a part of Moreton Bay Region Healthy Ageing Expo, along with my fellow colleague Patrick Mounter. We are both qualified registered Kinesiologists and are members of Australian Institute of Kinesiology. Kinesiology formed one of the many "hands on" stands in the Health Check area of the Expo. We invited the public to experience kinesiology as a modality that provides health benefits as a part on an ongoing health protocol. It was demonstrated how kinesiology could assist in reducing and at times relieving pain associated with muscle disharmony, Emotional Stress Relief for highly emotional trauma triggers, and how certain foods can be perceived by your body as not being good for it. Marney Perna principle of Kinique gave a talk on "what was Kinesiology" to the waiting crowds and other stand participants. Marney was also working in conjunction with the Blood Glucose testing exhibitor to test the before and after readings of blood glucose when a specific kinesiology technique was used on an individual. There was some very interesting readings shown.
The expo was staged by Moreton Bay Regional Council Healthy Ageing Partnership with the support of Queensland Health and Department of Communities as a part of Seniors Week Celebrations. The day was literally kicked off by a Square Dance performance by Palm Lake Square dancers. A fabulous day was had by visitors, stand exhibitors and all attending.
Well done to all the organizers.
